Saturday Cycle 9th July departs WGH National School at 08:00. 
Distance = 105K. 
Heading Rathcormac*, Lisgoold, Broomfield, Mogeely, KIlleagh, Youghal Bypass, Tallow, Conna, Agern, Rathcormac*, Watergrasshill. 
Water Stop in Burgess Service Station (50K), Food Stop Tallow (77K).
Bring enough food to last until Tallow.
